Realising the demand and serious lack of supply of our particularly unique merchandise, we made inquiries as to the legality of what we were about to do. To which end, as long as the goods in question were sold in a particular manner; souvenirs as an example, then indeed what we were about to do was in fact considered in the wyes of current law as quite legal. :)

We launched The Pukka Seed Company in the summer of 1998 with a 10 page website and a single leaf A5 flyer.
