Do you ship to my country?

Maybe, maybe not. We currently operate some self imposed export regulations. Due to the legislation concerning the legality of this collection being inconsistent and contradictory, we err on the side of caution. Rules do change, so please contact us if you believe that we are in error and furnish us with supporting information. Are you an Authorised dealer for Sensi Seeds, Dutch Passion, Sagarmatha, Greenhouse, Paradise and Pukka Seeds?

Pukka Seeds are authorised dealers of souvenir cannabis seeds. All seeds supplied are legitimate and sold in their original packaging. Beware of imitation seed. If they don't come in the Sensi Seed, Dutch Passion, Sagarmatha Seeds, Greenhouse Seeds, Paradise Seeds or The Pukka Seed Company original bags and original quantities, they're not the real deal, just cheap and nasty poor quality copies!! You have been warned.

Do you keep a mailing list?

For reasons of customer confidentiality, no mailing list is kept in any shape or form.

How many cannabis seeds do I get in a pack? Do you sell cannabis seeds individually?

We only sell seeds in original, sealed bags / packaging and therefore seeds are not available individually. This is to ensure that you receive quality products. When selecting seeds, please take into account that different suppliers package seeds in different quantities. Therefore a direct comparison is not always apparent. Greenhouse seeds are sold in packs of 13, all other seeds are sold in packs of 10 only. The exception to this is mixed seeds, which are also available in packs of 50.

Are your seeds viable [Do your seeds grow]?

If taken to a country where it is legal to germinate cannabis seeds, you will find that they that, they grow. Our seeds are purchased directly from the leading seedbanks in Holland and Switzerland. However, due to legal constraints, all seeds are sold as souvenirs. We do not condone any illegal use of our products. See also about Pukka Seeds.

Surely, Cannabis seeds and Salvia are dubious products to sell?

No, many seedbanks around the world stock these items and most of the finest horticultural gardens grow both plants. For example, Kew Gardens in the UK has cannabis seeds and grows Cannabis indica, Cannabis sativa and Salvia divinorum. Note that Salvia divinorum is not available as seeds and cannot be preserved in a seedbank.

Is Salvia any good?

We couldn't comment, although we cannot recommend ingestion of Salvia in any form. However, the Mazatec shamens of Oaxaca in South America prefer to use Salvia rather than marijuana. It can be stated that although we do not avocate consumption, we do have many repeat customers. Please note that Salvia is legal (at time of writing, Aug 2000) in every country in the world. Salvia is part of the mint and sage family and is not related to Cannabis.

How do you recommend storing Cannabis seeds?

To prevent the accidental germination of seeds, store in waterproof, lightproof container. A quality coin deposit box is recommended and this also has a lock to protect your valuable collection.

What does a Pukka Seeds delivery look like?

Once you have placed your order, you will promptly receive a plain, padded envelope delivered by post. There will be no sender's name on the package, just your address, stamps and an unnamed post office box as a return address. Your seeds are inside the original packaging inside the padded envelope. If you so desire, we can arrange other packaging by request. (Please note that if purchasing with a credit card, we only send the package addressed to the credit card holder.)

How do I know you won't keep my money and never send any seeds?

 

It is easy to verify our company exists. Additionally, if we did not send goods, the news would spread quickly and we would end up without a business, which after all the hard work we've put into it, would be ridiculous. We provide a good, honest and efficient service that we know our customers deserve. We've heard of too many companies that either never send seeds or send inferior quality ones.

What is the fastest method of payment?

Online credit card payment and E-Gold.Com transfer are the fastest because payment is instant and can be performed from your computer. Another fast service would be depositing money directly into our bank account. This utilises SWIFT transfer between banks and takes three working days.

What about security when I pay by credit card?

We use the latest SSL technology combined with PGP encryption to ensure your details are safe. We also use AVS anti-fraud technology to protect ourselves.

Is payment by credit card insecure?

The merchant takes a greater risk accepting online payment than the customer.

Will "Pukka Seeds" appear on my credit card statement?

No, a very discreet name appears on the bill. This is quite proper, although we are contractually obliged not to quote the details on the InterNet.

What is Pukka Seeds' prefered method of payment?

We prefer payment by cheque, cash (registered or special delivery only) or postal order. Online payment options incur a surcharge to the merchant (which we absorb). Therefore, we are able to provide a better and more discreet service if you pay via cheque, cash or postal order.

How much is postage and packaging?

Post and packaging is £5 on any order. Allow 2-3 working days for delivery. All items can be delivered to your door, to your work, or to your post depot. All items sent are either couriered or registered service to ensure quick delivery.

How soon will my seeds be sent?

Your goods will be sent within 24 hours of us receiving your cleared payment. Unfortunately, if you are paying by cheque or bankers' draft, we do not dispatch goods until payment is confirmed. We would prefer to send goods immediately, but we have experienced an unacceptable level of fraudulent orders. We apologise in advance to our genuine customers.
